PRODUCTION

With more than 50 personnel, VTEXT is able to produce 12,000m3 of sawn timber and at least 4,500m3 of laminated window scantling cater for its local and international market each year.
The Kiln Dried plant is able to handle 1000 tons of incoming materials per month.

Our Products

LAMINATED SCANTLING
VTEXT offer Solid (DKD) and Finger-Jointed (KKK) laminated scantling. There are different specifications that fit into the client needs. Generally, the scantling will have minimum density of 450kg/m3, middle layer edge glue; Glue standard EN204/D4 class.

The sizes of laminated scantling are as below:-

VTEXT offer Solid and Finger-Jointed S4S Meranti with standard and better grade. The sizes of the S4S products are normally 18mm - 28mm thickness and 35mm - 150mm width.

About VTextwood

V Text Wood Sdn Bhd (VTEXT) specialise in manufacturing and exportation of Dark / Light Red Meranti laminated scantling, S4S Meranti and sawn timber.
VTEXT is formed by timber traders, concession holders and sawmill operators who have been in the Malaysia timber industry for more than 20 years. With the experience of the forest concession project and Sawmilling, VTEXT is able to practice full log production and ensure good qualities of logs are uses.
With the in-house expertise, VTEXT also operate moulding mill situated at Mentakab and saw mill located at Kuantan. Other activities such as the logistic planning, purchasing, sales and administration are carried out at the company's Headquarters (HQ) in Kuantan.

VTEXT aims to provide a total supply chain solution for clients who continuously source Meranti from Malaysia. The mission of VTEXT is to deliver the right quantity & quality of products to the client at the right time and right place.

Policy Statement

It is the policy of V TEXT WOOD SDN BHD to avoid using wood:

From forest areas where traditional or civil rights are violated;

Forest areas where high conservation values are threatened by management activities;

Wood from forests in which genetically modified trees are planted;

Wood that has been harvested illegally or wood harvested from areas which have been converted from natural forest to plantations or non-forest uses.
VTEXT has implemented the PHYSICAL SEPARATION METHOD for its CoC system to produce 100% PEFC CERTIFIED Products.
The Management of this company is committed to assuring the integrity and validity of the chain-of-custody (COC) system and that all raw materials used for the production of PEFC-certified products must avoid the use of wood materials from controversial sources.
